Ryan Kelly, President

Founded Haymaker in 2002, 18+ Years of Industry Experience

Ryan founded Haymaker in 2002 and oversees marketing, sales, finance, operations, and customer satisfaction. A native of Maryland, he has 18+ years of sales and management experience. Before starting Haymaker, he assisted with the opening and growth of the Baltimore/Washington office for a privately held IT integration firm.

Ryan graduated cum laude with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware, where he was a two-time North Atlantic Conference Scholar Athlete award winner for Men’s Lacrosse. He has held certifications from multiple manufacturers including HP, Microsoft, Citrix, and Cisco.

Steven Calvert, Vice President

Joined Haymaker in 2003, 20+ Years of Industry Experience

Steven joined Haymaker in 2003 and is responsible for overall company operations and oversight of proposals, designs, installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. He began his 20+ years of experience as a technician and has held positions of increasing importance in all aspects of the industry, including field supervisor, project engineer, project supervisor, and manager for Virginia, Maryland, and DC-based organizations. He holds a number of manufacturer and industry certifications.
