Ryan Kelly, President

Founded Haymaker in 2002, 20+ Years of Industry Experience

Ryan founded Haymaker in 2002 and continues to oversee all marketing, sales, finance, operations, and customer satisfaction for the firm. He has 20+ years of sales and management experience. Ryan graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware, where he was a two-time North Atlantic Conference Scholar Athlete award winner for Men’s Lacrosse. He has held certifications from numerous manufacturers in the IT and Telecom industries including Cisco, HP, and Microsoft. Ryan is a native of Annapolis, MD and resides in Baltimore, MD with his wife and 4 children.

Justin Martinelli, Vice President

Joined Haymaker in 2015, 5+ years of Industry Experience

Justin’s role at Haymaker is overall client engagement, growth and success. His experience has spanned the Wireless, Business Consulting and Staffing industries where his roles and responsibilities have included management consulting, technical recruiting, business development, project management and onsite support and coordination for large scale projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware where he was a scholarship athlete and four year letter winner in Men’s Lacrosse. Justin and his wife, Lily, reside in Baltimore City with their two Australian Shepard mix dogs.

Steven Calvert, Executive Vice President

Joined Haymaker in 2003, 20+ Years of Industry Experience

Steven joined Haymaker in 2003 and is responsible for overall company operations and oversight of proposals, designs, installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. He began his 20+ years of experience as a technician and has held positions of increasing importance in all aspects of the industry, including field supervisor, project engineer, project supervisor, and manager for Virginia, Maryland, and DC-based organizations. He holds a number of manufacturer and industry certifications.

Todd Wilcom, Controller

Joined Haymaker in 2017, 8+ years of Experience

Todd spent 6 years in public accounting prior to Haymaker. He worked primarily in the audit division where he was dedicated to increasing his client’s efficiencies and assisting them in preparing financial statements. He has experience working with various entities including partnerships, corporations, non-profit organizations, government contractors, and employee benefit plans.  He developed administration and managerial skills and provided oversight and review of various audit procedures, audit planning, budget developments, and scheduling of fieldwork.  After a career as a Professional Motocross Racer where he won the Maryland State Championship twice and was ranked top ten nationally for five years, Todd received his BS in Accounting from Towson University.
