Haymaker was chosen as the fully outsourced IT provider for a mid-Atlantic based firm in the process of international expansion. Haymaker's full-time, on-site resources at multiple office environments provide remote monitoring and troubleshooting services, and 24x7x365 emergency on-call support service. Work includes migration of current systems to 21st Century ISP facilities and a true, highly available and easily expandable backbone as well as all definition, design, delivery, documentation, and management services for the customer's operational and production environments. Haymaker provides engineering and support services for all of the customer's LAN/WAN, VPN/Security, Monitoring, and Messaging environments including remote access, bandwidth allocation and utilization, audit compliance, and high availability standards.
